Return Policy All Area51Sports products can be returned to the company address below. Prior approval must be made regarding exchanges or refunds. Contact us by email or by phone before sending the product. 3N2 and sunglass products should be returned to the manufacturer directly. Contact the respective companies below to approve return. . In regards to Area51 products, all products must be returned in new, unused condition for exchange or refund. Under no circumstances will baseball bats be accepted for return if they have been used. Please ship products in original packaging when possible. Include a letter explaining the reason for the return and whether this is for an exchange or a refund. Shipping charges are not refundable. Warranty Area51 Products Unless otherwise indicated, there is no warranty regarding solid wood bats. An overwhelming percentage of wood bat breakage is due to improper technique. If you feel your newly acquired wood bat broke due to defect in the wood such as: hidden knot, check fracture, etc. Contact us first to explain the break. We may ask you return the bat to us for inspection. We can determine the reason the bat broke fairly accurately. If we determine there was a defect, a new bat will be sent immediately. If we make the determination that the bat broke due to technique or abuse, no replacement will be made.
Fusion Maple and Birch Laminated Bats have a 30 day unconditional warranty on them. If your Fusion bat breaks in the first 30 days (from purchase) we will replace it at no charge. The warranty is for a single replacement. All warranty claims must be accompanied by either the broken bat or a picture of the bat clearly showing the break. Proof of purchase which shows the date purchased must also be included. Bats bought through the website do not need the receipt as we have them in our program.
